Left Ass Cheek

My left ass cheek hurts. I didn't have wild spank me sex so that's not the reason. I sure as hell didn't exercise and I'm not constipated so what the fuck is going on? It's been jacked up since Saturday night. I've been seen rubbing it a time or two but most people don't ask. Believe it or not, I'm not shy.
