| Is anyone familiar with MediaBistro.com? I have enjoyed the book on getting started in freelance writing, but wonder if it is worth it to sign up on the website and get a profile set up. Does anyone have experience with this? It is $50/year to sign up for the membership. I'm seeking other outlets to help me get started. In other Julie News I have connected with a former co-worker/freelancer who needs my help in video production while he is dealing with some family issues. What a God-send! He has a lovely office in Occoquan and is very open to me doing whatever I like and working with him to get myself off the ground. Life may be looking up after all! |
