Friday Morning Adventures

This is how letgocling looks first thing in the morning:

Sorry for the fuzziness there (though I’m sure this pleases letgocling ), but I only had my phone camera handy. She didn’t exaggerate when she told me she didn’t do mornings well!

The confusion didn’t end when she managed to finally get out of bed:

She kept telling me to look for her nose in the bed, on the floor, and in the shower. It took me about five minutes to convince her it never left her face.

Now this is the scary part.

She said in her entry today ("Rounding the corner ...." ) I scared her?! Well, at least I kept my eye in my head:

I did have to search for her eye (you can see quite well in this photo how she’s putting it back in *shudder*). She ended up finding it on her own - in between the toes of her hairy left foot. - Oh, I just noticed something. She's not flipping me off here, is she?!

None of our morning adventures were wasted, however, as here’s the end result:

Truth be told, letgocling and I had a great time rooming together. She’s been such a great sport letting me tease her, and I had oodles of fun reading what she came up with about me.

We laughed and teased each other even more at the conference than in our blogs. letgocling was also my biggest encourager the entire weekend, something I needed more than once. I will be discussing more of what happened at the conference in subsequent entries. Like her, I’m still trying to get it all sorted out in my head.
