Zoo made up for forgetting my birthday with diamonds and amethysts. Actually I told him that the only thing that could make up for his transgression was jewels. I picked out what I wanted and he threw down the cash. I'm worthy! He knows it. He felt bad and I made him feel worse. I doubt he will ever forget again. I didn't talk to him for 2 days. My feeling were hurt. He knew it. He blew it and now.........things are back to normal. I know you're thinking I'm shallow and materialistic but, as you all know, diamonds are a girl's best friend. We had a heart to heart about the whole thing and I seriously doubt he'll ever forget again. He has 365 days to prep for next year.

I know he travels a lot with this new job and that he's trying his best. I appreciate all he does for the kids and me. I love him and my jewels!
