Okay, Okay
okay, okay

i'll give you some credit
you did what you thought was best
even though we couldn't really afford the house
keeping me in the same environment
probably helped ease the pain of losing her
you were having a hard time, too, and couldn't
think about finances when we needed you to
you were grieving, and mourners aren't practical
you wanted to make my christmases special
big, too, since i was your only child
it was what i was used to
it was thoughtful of you

okay, okay
i can see why you did it

but dad
i hope you realize
you were thinking with your heart
not your brain
and because of that
i have to move
without even you to help me

i love you forever
anyway
