There is Justice

Despite opinions to the contrary, there is justice in the world. My sister just called and her cat was having kittens. Now, one might ask “What does this have to do with justice?” Simple someone give my sister the pregnant cat. The last cat my sister gave me several years ago was pregnant. When she called I laughed aloud, in her face (figuratively). Her response was “What goes around comes around.” OK, I think someone giving her a pregnant cat is funny and a sign of justice.

I am smiling again. She was worried about one of the kittens being smaller than its littermates. I think a smaller kitten in a litter is normal.

Woman 1: So you have twelve kids, do you?

Woman 2: Yes.

Woman 1: Do you know what’s causing all these kids?

Woman 2: At first, we didn’t, but after we found out we were having too much fun to stop.

Man 1: So you and your wife have twelve kids.

Man 2: No, we have thirteen.

Man 1: Isn’t that a bit unlucky.

Man 2: No, it’s a baker’s dozen. After all, I make donuts for a living.
