I was going to exercise before heading to mom and dad's and then to my apartment but Ryan's brother Denny just called and I am supposed to take him and Ryan's truck to the dump yard so he can get rid of some things that they loaded up last night. I have to take him because he doesn't have a license and can never again get one because of too many DUI's but that's a long story perhaps one for another time. Anyway, I had a cheese omlette with mushrooms this morning (I make some kick ass omlettes) but I neglected to seperate the yolks like I did yesterday morning. But I can have some canatloupe later for a good healthy snack. I have to tell you the whole 5 meal thing and lot's of protein and fruit really helps more than I thought it would. I mean, I wouldn't say I'm starving all day long but there were a few occasions where my tummy was growling however, I really didn't have an appetite for anything. I was going to have some veggies for dinner but got a subway veggie delight instead (oooh, I love those and they are really good for you) but I didn't have any bread that day so I think it was alright. I'm trying to cut back on the starchy things like bread and pasta. I mean, I still allow them but not as much. Ok, Why am I rambling so much? I'm just trying to stay...rather get...fit and healthy. Ryan fixed my bike last night. It was one I've had since 1995 and it had been in my mom and dad's shed for a long time. So, we restored it and I now have my own bike so I don't have to steal his anymore. I love riding bikes....ah, feels so good!
