This is my first attempt to be a blogger. I hope to type a few items that you will enjoy.

You are what you think
Well now it is a time for me to make a statement of my desire for great if not wonderful health. I have always tried to do a lot of exercise, especially walking. Recently I have been a couch potato. And to this effect, I have gained weight. Shame on me. It has been a little cold outside. Also, a neighbor has told me that he feels that it is not safe for a person to be walking after dark. Sometimes I do that, but only if I am walking my dogs. I do not think that they would let anyone bother me, but I do not want to test that theory.
I have been eating a few more sweets. So if I really want to change and get down a size or two, I need to be more selective of my in between meal nibblings. I do enjoy fruit, but do not like the mess with peeling oranges, or throwing away banana peels. Some of the other snacks are pure carbs so that is a big "NO-NO!"
So I guess here is a little reminder/pep talk to say,
"Get up and get moving. Put that chocolate chip cookie down and get some grapes!"
Let's get rid of about 10 to 15 pounds and get more firm. Also get that treadmill assembled and 'use it.'
That's all-----think happy, thin thoughts!
