The Nature of Things
Blue skies are a sight to behold
after the dreariness of storms
the laughter of a child is immensely cherished
when the memory of such has grown stale
Contentment with bread and water
is achieved best when the throat is parched and the stomach empty
likewise love is sweeter
when it has been established out of the depths of its bitterness
