Jamál (Beauty), 5 Asma (Names), 165 B.E. – Sunday, August 24, 2008 about 4:44 Pacific Time I go back to work on Monday, August 25 at 8:00 AM. I have a freezer full of meat (thanks to my brother). I have an entire shelf of rice and beans ready to cook. I have cans of all sorts of different veggies and fruit. I have enough coffee for about fourteen days and enough coffee filters for seven days. When I check my checking account this morning, it was in the black. I have exceeded my word count goal for five days in a row. I think I have enough gas in the tank to get me to work and Mom to the dentist. I have a dentist appointment Friday, but I am considering calling up and rescheduling. Friday is the 29th and when I made the appointment, I forgot I had to be across town at I;00 PM. I don't think I will be out in time to make the dentist appointment. I am disappointed about the dentist appointment because I was looking forward to having another tooth pulled. My Internet connection is acting up again. I know why it act up, but at this point there isn't anything I can do about it. Therefore, I am just going to have to save my blog entries every few minutes. Clouds litter the sky teasing with the promise of rain to the quench the desert's thirst. I hope I can sleep tonight, what with the excitement of going back to work tomorrow and still too much work to do here at home. I am not going to do housework in the middle of the night. I would rather set at the computer and work online then do housework in the middle of the night. Perhaps I will try something different tonight and read a book instead of going online. |
