Drive Like a Dick Day

Yes, Charlottesville is once again observing Drive Like a Dick Day.

Now, this could happen for any one of several reasons:

a) UVA just got back in session
b) Holiday weekend approaching
c) Home football game this weekend
d) People are generally dicks anyway

or, in this case,

e) All of the above.

It took me two hours to run a one-hour errand.

I'm tired of this shit.
