‘Idál (Justice), 3 ‘Izzat (Might), 165 B.E. – Wednesday, September 10, 2008 about 3:36 PM Pacific Time It's Wednesday again, the day that occurs in the precise middle of the week. Three days proceed it and three days follow it. It occurs 52 times a year without fail. It's hump day. It's midweek reflection day, but this week I'm not going to look at the events of the past three days. It's Wednesday, September 10, 2008 and tomorrow is the anniversary of 9/11. Tomorrow is also the day that Follow the Leader: Journal Edition begins another run for 2008. I'm scheduled to make the Leading entry on September 12, the day after the 9/11 anniversary. So far this week, I've been out every day. Sunday evening, I attended the Feast of 'Izzat at a friends house. Monday I went to work and to a dental appointment. Tuesday I went to work in the morning and in the afternoon paid my Internet provider. For the first time this year, I managed to get the money in before the due date (today). Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning I'm planning on going to work and possibly get gas. Friday I should receive a pay check through the mail, so I will have to deposit it Friday afternoon. Saturday I'm not planning on going anywhere; this doesn't mean something won't come up and force me out of the house, but that's the only way I will go out. |
