I'm devastated to find that the week is still young and that its only Tuesday. I've been unaccountably low these last few days, staying ahead of a creeping depression by mere footsteps. Some of it I'm certain has to do with current events and the ever increasing tide of panic pontificated across all forms of the media. However, I can't help but shake the feeling that there is more than that affecting my mood and darkening my spirits lately. Gone is the spirited restlessness that typically characterises my autumn moods, replaced by a strange lethargy.
