No matter, how many times we heard about the adventures of Mrs. Slocombe's pussy we always looked forward to hearing about the cat.

The double entendres and Mrs. Slocombe set Are You Being Served? for many of us. We enjoyed watching Mollie Sugden play Mrs. Slocombe. We enjoyed the fact that Mollie Sudgen read her lines without indicating that she or Mrs. Slocombe comprehended their double meaning.
