I had another adjustment today

I went to the dentist again today. I arrived at the office around 8:00 AM Pacific Time and didn't get out until about 11:30 AM. I went in as a walk-in on, so I knew it would be a while before I could get the plate adjusted. It was worth the wait (I think) because I ate my lunch with my bottom plate in my mouth. Of course, the gum is still sore and I'm going to have to rinse my mouth out with salt water two or three times a day until the soreness goes away.

I am going to get used to my dentures. I am going to eat with all my teeth in my mouth. I am much too stubborn to give up and let a little pain or soreness stop me. I will over come. This too shall pass. At least, I was able to eat potato salad for lunch. I'll try something softer for dinner, but in the morning I'm going to have toast and eggs.
