Our treadmill arrived

When I awoke, yesterday morning, and walked out into the kitchen our treadmill had already arrived and was in a BIG box out on the front deck. I had to help Ron as he brought it into the house. Then we spent a couple of hours assembling it. It is a MONSTER! He wanted to buy the best for his money. It is a Horizon Series model T92 with a 20" by 55" workout surface. The console for the Monitor display is very attractive, and includes time, heart rate, distance, calories, and program profiles.The terrain program consists of manual, intervals , hills, or weight loss terrain. There is a fan and speakers for CD/ MP3 Player with headphone jack even! Not that we will ever use the speakers, but you just never know.

My first workout lasted fifteen minutes, which didn't get my heart rate up past 111. That was a good start, I think.

Today is Day 16 for me being Smoke Free. I am enjoying the benefits of not smoking.
