Sleeping in and lazy days.

We are in between storm systems here today. Yesterday, it rained all day and the wind blew in the late afternoon. It was a lazy day for me. Ron had already started a pot of beans when I got up at around 10:00 A.M. He added some smoked hamhocks, diced celery and carrots to the small Great Northern beans. By, 3:00 P.M. we were ready to eat that good smelling soup!

Today, it was sleep in late for me and bean soup, again, but it wasn't raining. Not yet anyways, it is supposed to do that with plenty of wind again tomorrow.

Sounds like another good day to sleep in to me.

I did get a few dozen peanut butter cookies baked today inspite of my laziness.

Oh oh it's movie time...gotta go.
