Today Might Be Snow!!!
Now readers who live in snowy climes will not understand why this is such a big deal. I grew up in such a climate, and in addition I spent two glorious winters in Eastern Washington State, where "they REALLY know how to do Winter." My lucky son has lived there for 10 years. But here in West Central Georgia, snow is an Anomaly. Well, all schools have closed even farther south than us; so our county is not the outlier. Really this is truly amazing; in Atlanta, as some of our WDC family can readily testify, snow is possible at times, certainly ice storms occur, to great damage. But not this far South. I have not seen decent snow since the winter of 2004-2005, and then I had to cross the State line from Tennessee to Virginia to find good snow, because Upper East Tennessee had none.
So we shall see, if we believe-
And I shall keep my loyal Gentle Readers posted-unless my Internet glitches again .
