Just a day... walked, bowled, Aspergers...

Okay:

1. Ate beef stroganoff with Joyce at the Senior Center and got told that I should be positive. It was her son's 57th birthday today, so I just called her mama.

2. Went on my walk north of town, through the Orange Street underpass and up the hill. Met nice people, met nice dogs. "Stroll towards the North Hills, March." 

3. Spoke with Craig Lancaster of Billings, who wrote 600 Hours of Edward in 24 days, self-published and then was picked up by a publisher. The book is written from the point-of-view of someone with
Asperger's.

4. Earlier in the day, got a gleeful call from my sister that her grand-daughter has been diagnosed with Asperger's (she's highly verbal, learns everything audially... we think, has no eye-hand coordination, poor motor skills, doesn't really converse...). So... the school has a plan! Bella is 6.

5. Gavin who lives on the floor below me invited me to play a variant of 6-pin bowling... so we went to Caras Park. He won 25-23.

6. I'm at the Break Espresso having consumed a moose-bar... realizing that I'll have to really do some walking tomorrow.

7. Oh... and I saw my first daffodils in bloom.



In a better mood than I was this morning.
