I've been web designing, brainstorming ad campaigns, starting a new guitar student, and meeting with a sound control consultant about really expensive acoustic products for my school. I submitted my lease with revisions to the landlord Monday, and I expect to hear back from them midweek next week as to whether they accept my changes. I've had two attorneys review it, which is expensive as hell, but covering my ass. So... sign a lease next week? Submit drawings the week after? Permits by the second week of July? Grand Opening by the 1st of September? At this point, I commit to nothing. Perform one household chore per day. Laundry. Read a book in print 15 minutes every day.
