First Frost

Today we awakened to the glisten of frost on the roof of the garage/shop. That means that fall is in the air and winter will soon be upon us. I have about twenty full cords of wood yet to cut and despair getting it done before the snow begins to fly.

My writing has been coming along well since taking this course and when I get on a roll I’m loath to stop. I like to let the normal course of overwhelming events put the Kabosh to my creative energies and force me to shift my focus to the mundane tasks of life.

Well that time is upon me and while I have some glorious fall days to look forward to I need to get cracking….I will try and take some pictures and show everyone how beautiful this corner of the world really is.
