7 years ago I started a hand-written journal, a letter to a friend where I could say most anything... It evolved from there but still, I think of my friend every day.

Today I'm approaching page 2,500. Even though my writing has been off for over two weeks, I can't despair. It has helped me greatly and will be there when I need it.

I should call my friend and tell him it's about time he visit me, leave the winter wonderland behind for a week.

My days have been calm (as in boring). Have met nice people from Germany and Holland though. Doing well with costs. Doing okay with eating. Just no extra energy to DO anything exciting. Oh, well! Seven more weeks to go.
