 A random act or experience
 A random encounter/meeting with a friend of a friend of a friend (like the Six Degrees of Separation theory)

My friend and I executed an random act of kindness. Some years ago we were wandering through town in the depths of a winter night and we got talking to a tramp who was lying in the door way of a shop, it was a cold night. We asked him if he would like to come home with us. He did so, slowly as he kept complaining of the pain in his feet. When we got back we made him some food and hot tea and afterwards I took him to the bathroom and washed his bloody and dirty feet for him. We spent the evening singjng along to songs he liked. In the morning he had gone and had left us a lovely note saying how much he had enjoyed the evening.
