Open up your mouth...
...and you might get lucky!

ME:

I did ...and I did.

Dick Lewan is part Norwegian, a kayaker, a couchsurfer, has visited Costa Rica...

We'd met before, but I must've said something today so we got to talking about my trip to Norway. He told me about "Jenta Law" and Norwegian customs. His family comes from Stavanger i Rogaland.

I'm in trouble! I'm really going to have to mind my manners. The bubbly side of my personality will be challenged.

But, at least, I'm forwarned.

A site to learn Norwegian on-line:

I have sent out emails to friends regarding my things, plants, room. Hope to meet with them by Monday. In the meantime I'm sorting and tossing and planning and...

I'll be gone a total of 5 months (March 27-September 2).

My Norway adventure will start in Bergen on May 15th. Hope to visit Sogn then Ålesund, Trondheim, Oslo, onward to Sweden: Småland and Lund (visit AL?), maybe visit Marloes in Copenhagen and back to Oslo and Bergen by the 6th of June.

The trips are slowly coming together. No hysteria yet! *Rolleyes*
