The day before
is always a bit crazy for me.

ME:

I got to the bank, the post office, the market, my writer's group. Tomorrow I go with a friend to Puerto Jimenez. I've never been there. It's known as a laid-back Old-Hippie beach. It's hot, humid... we'll see.

5 or 6 hours on the bus. Leaves at 06:30.

I've traveled with Costa Ricans before and had mixed results. This time?

I intend on being "present".
