Hello Sunshine,

I am always so surprised at Writing.com. I never get bored when I sign in. I can't believe that it has been over 5 years and I am still excited about writing and being here. Thank you for all the creative souls that make this site so interesting!!!!!

It is always rewarding to be read. To be noticed. To have someone "get it".

It encourages me to keep writing. To keep expressing myself. To never give up on myself and what I can do. I love how it feeds my missing muse. I am starting to feel safe and I think she might be coming back to tease me. I wrote a few new things to test the water. I am still raw with fresh emotions and I need to settle down before I can get deep into emotional poetry.

I wish I could write something that was not so personal. I used to be able to step back and write from a different point of view. Lately, that is not happening. I write from my heart. She tells my story. I can't hide my truth. I can't hide my emotions. I can't hide my reality.
