Back in North Carolina, Again!

         Here I am in Greenville, North Carolina this week.  It's a really nice small town, home of East Carolina University, the proud Pirates.  There's not a lot here it seems, but I only have 4 nights to explore, so not too surprising that I don't see a lot.  That, plus the fact that for some reason, I've been very tired each night, so haven't felt like going out a lot.  I will say that there are some really good restaurants in this town!  Went to the Carolina Ale House one night, excellent beer, very good food.  Monday found me at the Plaza Azteca; if you ever get here, drop by for some excellent Mexican food.  But I think my favorite this week would be Wasabi 88, an Asian Bistro and Sushi Bar.  Their food knocked me off my feet!  It was some of the best Sushi I've had in recent years.  One was called Wasabi Poppers, and the other Paradise.  I'd love to go back, but I'm not sure I want Sushi two nights in a row.  Tomorrow I will leave for the Outer Banks, where I'll spend the weekend, before going to Hamilton New Jersey on Sunday.  Til then, take care of yourselves....
