What if Betty could talk?
July2 -

For some reason I've been thinking about this a lot lately - what IF Betty could talk? Well, my first thought is that I'm glad she can't because I'm pretty sure I'd hear "How long until Reese comes home?" 5000 times a day. But if she could talk, maybe it would improve her reasoning skills. Several issues exist that I think need to be worked through. For instance, I am a human therefore you are lucky to be on the bed; thus you don't get the majority of the bed, so scoot your happy hiney over.

Or we could discuss the cons of her pulling so hard on the leash when we go for a walk that I know it can't feel good on her neck and let's just say I've googled rotator cuff surgery. A little "cause and effect" lesson if you will.

Right now, as I hear her jumping at the back door, I'm sure I'd here, "Hey, Woman! Let me in!" I'm so blessed Betty can't talk.
