Enga mellom fjella: where from across the meadow, poems sing from mountains and molehills. |
Subtitled: lost of trust. ME: I know that if someone broke my trust in them that thát is their problem not mine. But it hurts. So I talked to Maria and then called Nick in North Dakota. I trust Nick and I told him so. Felt much better. Stupid: Doesn't mean I shouldn't stop and think about my stupidity in trusting someone: why, how, what not to do next time. Because... there's always a next time. Market: Sam somehow is moving forward with buying her house. Botched up job with the electricity and the survey still isn't done but she was happy today and that was good. Ronaldo was there as there is no school on the religious and national holiday, Dia de la Virgen. He lives in Santa Lucia de Pejibaye. Is taking Math and English. Ilena was there as well. As usual. The farmer's market is moving the "international" folks, possibly to the opposite corner, possibly just further down. But ...definitely moving them. No one is happy at the moment. Bought pejibaye (palm fruit), watermelon, local apples, tapa de dulce. Oly: Been watching Olympics and Dr. House. And a bit of CNN. 49 nations, but no new ones so far. Impressive efforts by the Brits. Being in one's own country seems to inspire every time. Phelps did pretty good too. Going back to Montana: There are cultural issues that I still haven't worked out in Costa Rica but not convinced that Montana is the answer. However, it would be a great place as I grow older, so I must think twice before burning bridges. Talked to Trish about this last night and need to talk to more folks in hope that something that someone says will help me decide. 32.524 |
