Week looking back

I got a couchsurfer's request to spend two nights at my place. I accepted it. Good decision. I ended up cleaning ...very good decision.

A friend asked to visit today. Went okay, mixed emotions on my part.

Johnny visited Friday... which created problems with my landlord (his ex-boyfriend). Not good. I do not need any drama in my life. Absolutely none...

Myrt didn't answer her phone and now it's disconnected... I expect bad news when I return.

Lavinia did answer her phone. As did my mother and my aunt. Good to hear their voices. Called my mom on Mother's Day too (August 15th).

I continue to follow a routine of visiting the market and farmer's market but didn't get to my Friday writer's group.

It was beautiful on the 15th ...tremendous storm on the 17th.

My favorite blog? There were many good ones this week. I really liked Cindy's short poem though.

News from the U.S. goes back-n-forth between disturbing and yawning. There are some world issues that could blow up before I get back to Montana.

It looks like I'll be there for the national election. Should I be happy or worried? I always worry too much. Time to start packing.
