         Yesterday, the weather here was wonderful---with mild temperatures, a bit of a breeze and continuous sunshine amidst blue skies and white fluffy clouds.  Glad to be in Florida.  Today is beautiful as well. 

         I've been going to Al-Anon and AA meetings lately----my ex-husband, the father of my daughter was an alcoholic; my parents were both children of alcoholic fathers.  The meetings, sharing, etc., are all helping me to realize the basis of some of my personality defects... and, thus, I am improving ever so slightly day-by-day, one step at a time.

         My boyfriend spoke unkindly toward me when I asked him to move his leg in the middle of the night.  He is like a heater, his skin is so hot and the heat actually woke me up.  I am still slightly annoyed with him this morning even though he apologized for his behavior.
