Why is it so hard to let go and just cry?

Why do you have to hold it in?

Why can’t you just let it go?

Why are you so scared to feel?

Is it the sadness?

The loneliness?

Why is it so hard?

Go on and Cry

Deal with the emotions.

Deal with the loss.

Deal with the reality that has come to be.



Cry

Go on and cry

Take the pieces that have fallen apart and build.

Build on the strength that you have within

Build on your faith and trust in Him.





Memories will brighten as days pass

Smiles and laughter will come again

Cherish the times you had together



Go on now,

Cry.
