Norns
Norns

Norns were legendary creatures passed among the men of old. They were said to be the gods of gods. There were three that represented three specific points of time. Past, present, and future.

In the Tome of Norns, they are referred to as:

Urd: What was
Verdandi: What is
Skuld: What is to come.

The three creatures are not greater or less than one another, but one signle and collective entity, that began creation of the nine worlds. What history is known about them has been lost. The only reference of Norns, is in the Gylfaginning , and the Black Sacrament which refers to them only as "The Three."

(This will be elaborated on, in the coming books.)
