You cannot find time. You cannot make time. The only thing a person can do is take time because otherwise it will not be there. Sometimes you just have to let the dishes sit in the sink and do something for yourself or someone else. Will it matter in a thousand years if you let grass grow one more inch while you meditate or take a friend or family member out to eat. It will not matter to the grass but it letting the grass grow while you do something else may be important to your spirituality or relationships.

Take the time to say I love you either in words or actions. Take the time for yourself because sometimes it is important to tell yourself I love you. Take the time to do what is important, what will matter to your spiritual growth or the growth of a relationship.
