Day 7: Light from my soul

They tell me I'm special,
that I have a light;
when I close my eyes, it's an apparent sight.

To be seen illuminated,
it must be a wonder;
to glow like lightning, without fear of thunder.

I wish I could gleam,
what everyone sees;
but when I open my eyes, all I see is me.
