The May 24, 2013 prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS" is Craziness. Crazy memories, crazy videos, crazy people you've met, crazy ideas – the list goes on. Write whatever you want about it! Crazy as a daisy On a lazy, hazy summer day The crazy people I met, when we lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, my brother had a friend who thought that the Men in Black were after him. This was long before the movie of the same name. I don't know why the Men in Black were after him unless they thought he was an alien spy from Alpha Centauri, the Horse Head Nebula, or some other galaxy. Writing of crazy, dementophobia is the fear of "going insane or losing touch with reality".1 All though I suppose a person has to have a firm grip on reality before he or she can experience this phobia. What I find most interesting about phobias is that there is a phobia for almost anything, with the possible exception of interstellar space. I couldn't find a phobia for this, but if the isn't on already then eventually there will be such a phobia. I have enough faith in the human race to know that if there isn't of phobia for something as yet someone will eventually come up with a phobia for anything imaginable.
