Poor kitty. Looks like he had too much to drink. It is like his head is spinning. Maybe he is caught up in the twister and is headed to Oz. Maybe he is in a time warp and is headed back to the past like in that series: "The Time Tunnel."Reminds me of the song: "Dizzy" By Tommy Roe. Kitty may be in the Friskies commercial where turkeys and chickens are in cartoon form. Kitty could also be stuck in a house of mirrors. I will give kitty a pill for dizziness along with tender loving care and he will be better in no time. Kitty can curl up in my lap and go to sleep.
