17: Button Buys
Busy weekend, volunteering at my gyms Stong(wo)man competition. Went in tonight for info session and help set up. Dog tired and still need to try to do my hair before being there at 7:45 am. Whoot!

If someone wanted to really push your buttons, what would they do to provoke you?

It's pretty hard to really get me mad, especially if that's your intent. But thanks to childhood I do have a couple hot buttons and they revolve around being told I 'act white', mainly because I grew up refusing to speak ebonics and I don't limit my entertainment to one specific genre. Stupid. Color is an adjective, not a verb. People....

“We have to work harder so these Young Minds understand that they cannot equate acting intelligent with acting white” ~Spike Lee

Write about a silly impulse buy that you only regretted after bringing it home. What made you think it was a good idea?

Hmmm, I honestly can't think of one off top of my head, I'm even looking around, O! It was probably either a book or dvd of some kind. Most likely a $1/$3 book I bought because it was so cheap. I've gotten better lately but once I get a house with more space...it's on.
