What Gets Better With Age?

Prompt: What gets better with age?

Knowledge. You learn from your mistakes and you had to do over again, you would like have done things differently. I would have gotten my Bachelor's Degree and pursued writing. I have an Associates Of Arts Degree but it isn't enough. I wouldn't have going out with the guys I went out with. I wouldn't have worked in the Nursing Home. If only if we had a crystal ball to see the future.

Having more money. You learn how to save money and have more when you are older because you have been working for a long time.

Love. You love your husband dearly but love matures as you get older once you have been through illnesses, a house fire, minor problems raising a son and family problems. When you are young, love is making cow eyes at each other but the test of time and trials, you learn that marriage is staying together and loving each other through good times and bad.

Memories. You have memories stored up like a story book or scrapbook in your mind. You cherish your memories especially ones of people you loved who have died. Memories are precious. We can't go back in time but our memories are always there. We can go back to certain times in our lives in our mind.

I guess this is all I can think of.
