Everything has it's price, even our time devoted to reading.
What isn't for sale? Not much.

What book do we want to reside in?
What story will we elbow others out of the way, to immerse ourselves into?
What value do we place on our time, that we invest in reading, and how do we assess what we'll aim to read?
Will we judge a book by it's cover? Is that saying / advice just a well meaning warm and comfy myth?
Do books with mediocre banal covers really suck?

Let's look at bricks and mortar, and like fingers of two hands meshing together, try to assimilate the bargains, basements and belfries, with best selling books that we bother browsing.

An Opulent modern luxury home away from home? Just $41 million dollars. (The $1 million extra is my commission should you purchase this home through me *Pthb*. What? I have to pay my bills you know.)

A cheap Spanish ghost house?

Additionally, in the past when the banks were happy to lend in excess of 100% of the market value of a property, many of today’s ‘cheap’ Spanish properties were originally artificially over-valued. This means that even when offered for sale to clear the debt, such ‘cheap’ Spanish properties are still over-priced. Just because a property is for sale at debt value, or direct from the bank does not automatically make the property a bargain or good value.

The vast majority of cheap Spanish properties, including those marketed as distressed or repossessed or available at auction do not represent a genuine bargain, nor a substantial discount below the current market value

How about a rehabilitated farm plot that (shouldn't be) is no longer radioactive?
New life within the Chernobyl exclusion zone.

Crimean hut anybody?
"Crimea subsidized . There's the standard of living is lower than in Russia , there is no infrastructure , its water, electricity, a normal port , bandwidth w / d, and other airport . This is big money . This frenzied spending more than the Olympics and the World Cup 2018 . If there is a golden place , why is it 20 years turns into a shit ?"
