Walkie Doggie
When I was a youngster I loved using a walkie talkie to share my location and message with someone on the other end. I could spend hours trying to get the walkie talkie just right and then even more time listening to my partners voice in between static. I never knew the importance of this communication until I met Buddy. I can be laying in bed tired from working an overnight shift. Buddy sees me get up and is all excited. It is as to say:
"Oh boy you are going to take me for a walk."
In between times he is jumping up and down. All I want to do is go to the bathroom so I can get back to sleep. It is non stop. I get home from works and who is there Buddy all grins, relaying the same message.

Eventually I will give in. His enthusiasm is contagious. I wish I could be so motivated to get exercise. Buddy is sure doing is job about keeping us in shape. My only issue with this behavior is that it seems at times to serve no purpose. All he wants to do is walk. He stores it up for when he gets home depositing his pottie material on some puppy pads in front of where the cats do their business. I do not understand this dog. I refuse to give the dog a treat unless he does his poop. Sharon gives in more times than not. My walkie Doggie is broken, where as Sharon's is fixed. I wonder if Buddy understands his role in all this. Maybe he needs to talk with a walkie doggy friend.
