"Question How do you think someone should be treated, good or bad. Even Hypocrits?" I think the following verses would help answer that question (NASB): Proverbs 20:22 Do not say, "I will repay evil"; Wait for the LORD, and He will save you. 1 Thessalonians 5:14 We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 15 See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people. As far as hypocrites go, every instance I've seen mentioned in the NASB is where Jesus takes aim at hypocrites, either calling them out directly to their faces or at least cautioning his disciples against eliciting flattery and praise for themselves from the people (Matthew 6:2,5,16), self-righteous traditions and their often thinly-disguised malice and greed (Matthew 23), and numerous failed attempts to trip up and/or attack Christ. I despise hypocrisy more than anything else, and it should be exposed at every opportunity, with proper God-given wisdom and discernment, of course.
