I wonder what suburbia has in abundance that is all snakes need? (plenty of water, hiding places, and lots of fat healthy two legged and four legged food)

As I've said in a previous entry or two, if you're planning on heading Down Under this summer, you know, tickle your toes in the Pacific Ocean of Australia's East Coast, or dangle your bangles into the other side, the West Coast, in Orstraya, remember the things that could wreck your holiday or worse.

I had planned to post a link to a sad incident that happened here in Tasmania a few years back, where a holiday maker from overseas forgot, and drove their vehicle on the incorrect side of the road, which was ok until the first hill where they collided with another vehicle causing fatalities.
But, seems like its not only foreigners who try this.

Here's an incident from last couple of days where a friend of ours, who is scared of snakes was attempting to overcome her fear. However, the snake sensed her fear and took the opportunity to raise everyone's fear to knew heights. Although non-venemous, the experience was a sssshock. With permission...
