Something I Once Loved

Prompt: Think about something you once loved{like a book, song or a movie} but over time, you lost your appeal for it. Tell us about it and why did your feelings change for it.

The movie "Endless Love." I loved Brook Shields and I watched this movie twenty times when I was first married. I thought it was great. I lost my appeal for it. The male lead opposite Brook Shields isn't really attractive. She is taking sleeping pills and she has all in love with this guy. James Spader is a jerk like he is in all the movies he plays in. Brooks and James' character's parents divorce and the father has a bad attitude. Why did I like this movie?
The best part about this is the theme song. It really isn't a great romance and Brooks isn't that great an actress. She has beauty and she was good in "That 70's Show." The story line is boring in "Endless Love." I was young and first in love myself so I guess that was my attraction and hang up on the movie. I don't care to watch it again.
