Nonsense

Prompt: I like nonsense. It wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living. It's a way of looking through the wrong end of a telescope which is what I do and that enables you to laugh at life's realities. Dr. Seuss Write a short story, poem, nonsense or anything about this quote.

I work in mental health. You talk about nonsense. One of the patients is laying on the floor playing with his false teeth. He says they won't fit unless the stars and moon come up in the west behind an outhouse. My patients don't make sense but they aren't dealing with reality and maybe they are happier then me. Another patient throws water on the floor trying to melt the VooDoo Queen Of New Orleans. I live in a fantasy world. I love vampires, werewolves, Medieval Times, fairy tales and I am still with the program. Pretend is always nice. The President is always good for a laugh. He isn't good for anything else. The weather is strange. Everytime we get a lot of snow, I expect to see polar bears. A moose would be nice to see. It doesn't hurt to have a good imagination or laugh at things. Better then crying. We need more laughter in life. Quit being so serious. Okay. Here is my nonsense, fantasy, reality for the day.
