Good evening friends! No Blog City or Blogging Circle Of Friends prompts for today, so you get a short, sweet little entry with my song for the "12 Days of "Christmas"" . Good deal for everyone...short entries on Sunday mean I can get back to watching football faster, and I'm not gonna lie...I'm still buzzin' a little from my Buffalo Bills upsetting the Green Bay Packers at Ralph Wilson Stadium this afternoon (sorry, Grateful Jess ). I'll leave the Rambo recap/reaction to one of my favorite writers among people who write things for the internet, Nick Mendola   (even if he did initially get the final score wrong). #OneBuffalo

That leaves me with tonight's song, and I'm going with Weezer's "We Wish You A Merry Christmas". I love Weezer, but I must not be that big a fan because I keep forgetting that they actually put out a Christmas EP back in 2008 (Rolling Stone once included it on their list of "The 25 Greatest Christmas Albums Of All Time"  , which is a bit presumptuous but whatever; I don't write for them). Anyway, nothing like a little oomph to drive an old standard (and a snow-melting guitar solo starting at the :52 mark)...
