Blog City Prompt: "When life offers you a dream beyond your expectations, it isn't reasonable to grieve when it gets taken away." Bella Do you agree or disagree?

I disagree, Bella. When my house burned own 14 years ago, I grieved. We have a nicer house now after we rebuilt but I miss things about my other house. I don't do well with losing things. Like if I had a million dollars and lost it, I would grieve. It is only natural to miss things that were great and big. I do have a good husband and I hope we have a lot of years left. We will always dream and if our dream comes true and dies, we are going to be upset. We are only human and emotions, dreams, goals and plans do run high. So do our expectations. If my dreams come true, I don't want to lose them.

BCOF Prompt: February is Creative Romance and An affair To Remember Month. Write a story, poem or rant about one or both of them.

I love to write romance and being a fan of Jane Austen, Danielle Steel and Stephanie Meyer. I love to watch "Pretty In Pink" and "An Affair To Remember." A sad movie but it is a great one. Love makes the world go round. We do need romance. Poets love to write poems about it. Romance has been around since the beginning of time and it always will be. Look at all the romance books that have been written. Valentines Day. Hearts, Flowers, Teddy Bears, Flowers, engagement rings, promise rings, dinner dates, champagne. Romance is there. Rather one chooses to accept it or not is their choice. Romance, love, hearts, Teddy Bears, well I am in!
