Day 15: Give It Your Very Best

Prompt for February 15, 2015: Tell me why you should stay in this competition.





I will keep it short and honest.


I want the merit badge. I like to win. I have been told that I have a different style that people want to hear.


My stepmom has a saying about winning and losing: Give it your best. If you gave it your best, there will always be at least one who appreciates what you did.


I think she’s right, don’t you? If you are in it, just give it your very best. And that’s what I am doing.


I think it is important to not be fixated on one thing and that is why – even in this competition -- I have continued to write stories, enter competitions, support raffles, and write rave reviews for fabulous stories from the authors on this site.


So that’s what I am doing and why you should keep this voice in the competition.
