BCOF Prompt: "You know for a long time I have been of the opinion that artists don't necessarily know what they're doing , you don't necessarily know what kind of universal concept you're tapping into ." Leonard Nimoy Do you agree with this?

Artists. Acting, painting, sculpting, writing, ballet, dancing and anything to do with the arts, we just do it because we love it and we learn as we go. Like a new job or anything in life, we learn as we go. Politicians DON'T KNOW what they are do. An astronaut. What did he sign up for? He or she don't know what they are doing. If it wasn't for arts, it would be a boring world. Take a chance, go on a wing an a prayer.We don't have to know what we are doing, we just go with the flow. Works for me.

BCOF Prompt: Lyn asked what we see when we look into the mirror. Vanity. Like in "Eat, Pray, Love."

I didn't see "Eat, Pray and Love." I look in the mirror and see I am getting older. Beauty is only skin deep. I see my skin is stressed and I use skin creams. When I was a teen-ager, vanity was more important. Make up was perfect. I curled my hair. Inner beauty. I wish I had more patience and didn't get upset easy. You get older, you have less patience. You love, You pray. You eat. I don't carry a mirror around and look in it. Like Vanity Smurf. I don't see myself as vain. I try to be good to others. I would love to look in the mirror and see that sixteen year old girl again. Like Old Rose in "Titanic." The reflection has changed quite a bit. I love animals, my friends, family and try to be a friend to all. I try not to be vain.
