Responding in a Literal Way To A Figurative Expression
Prompt: Lyn was talking about a little girl asking her mother why a mosquito and a dragon fly would have business. This is responding in a literal way to a figurative expression. I have one to share.

My aunt Nancy's cat was out tom catting in early October. Hiyam was his name and catting was his game. He had a scratched up ear and bite marks on his tail. Nancy said she was getting him fixed. My five year old cousin Sam said: "Fixed for what?"

I said: "Halloween." You would have had to been there. Sam didn't ask any more questions.
